Commercial Cabling, Network & Security Services for Dallas–Fort Worth Businesses

Structured cabling, fiber optics, wireless, access control, security, and phone systems — designed, installed, tested, and documented by one contractor. Most projects need more than one of these, and running them together is faster and cheaper than coordinating separate vendors.

What we do

Everything inside the walls, from one contractor.

This is the work we specialize in, day in and day out. Every service below is delivered by our own certified crews — designed, installed, tested, and documented before we leave the site.

Every project, every service

What you get regardless of which service you hire us for.

These aren't upsells or line items. They're how we work on every job, from a six-drop office suite to a multi-building campus.

Free site survey & fixed price

We walk the building before quoting, so the number you get is the number you pay. No change orders mid-project.

Certified & standards-compliant

ANSI/TIA/EIA and BICSI standards throughout, with Fluke DSX certification on every applicable run.

Labeled & documented at close

TIA-606 labeling, as-built documentation, and the full test result set handed over when we finish.

Work around your hours

Evening and weekend installation available by arrangement, so doors and floors stay in service during business hours.

Designed to scale

Pathway and closet capacity planned for the headcount you'll have, not just the one you have at move-in.

Support after close-out

We stay reachable for troubleshooting, moves, adds, and changes — not just until the invoice clears.

FAQ

Common questions before a project starts.

Do you handle the whole project or just the cabling?
The whole project. We design the system, pull and terminate the cable, install and configure the hardware, test and certify every run, and hand over as-built documentation. Most projects combine several of the services above — running them through one contractor means one schedule and one point of accountability instead of three vendors pointing at each other.
How much does a commercial cabling project cost?
It depends on drop count, cable category, pathway difficulty, and building type — a high-rise floor with existing conduit prices very differently from an open warehouse needing new pathway. We walk the site, count the drops, and return a fixed-price proposal before any work begins, so there are no change orders mid-project.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. Site surveys and estimates are free throughout our DFW service areas, with no travel or trip charges and no obligation to proceed. We'd rather spend an hour understanding the building than quote blind and get it wrong.
Can you work in an occupied building?
Yes — most of our work happens in occupied space. We coordinate with building management on certificates of insurance, elevator and dock scheduling, and after-hours access, and we schedule disruptive work outside your business hours.
Do you provide test results and documentation?
Yes. Every run is tested with a Fluke DSX certification tester, labeled to TIA-606 standards, and delivered with as-built documentation and the full test result set at project close. That documentation is what makes the system maintainable years later.
What areas do you serve?
The entire Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex — including Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, McKinney, Allen, Richardson, Garland, Irving, Mesquite, Carrollton, Addison, Coppell, Farmers Branch, Grand Prairie, Arlington, Grapevine, and Rockwall. We also take multi-site projects across Texas and surrounding states. See all service areas.
